Shipping policy At wavy davy sweets we pride our selves on using the fastest and most reliable couriers using fully tracked services. We only use the exact information you provide for delivery if you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible to amend. We can’t promise anything but will do our best to get it resolved. We accept no liability for any parcels damaged, lost, misplaced or not delivered if the address information provided is incorrect. We cannot accept any responsibility for the change of our products shape, form, texture and taste that can be reasonably expected to occur to food and drink whilst being shipped to your address for example melting of chocolate in extremely hot conditions this would be out of our control. We will not under any circumstance refund a parcel that arrives damaged however we may use our discretion to send out a replacement.
